Wendy’s opponent is Joseph Flood, who ran unopposed but who is not an incumbent (the previous representative is now running for state senate District 10). Wendy has taught at local community colleges for 29 years and is a member of the negotiating team for the PA Federation of Teachers. Her husband runs a small business in the area and they raised their three daughters in Bucks County, HD 143. Wendy is many ‘ists’: feminist, environmentalist, fiscal realist. She is a strong social progressive and has three top priorities: women and families, clean energy and conservation, and education.
